ReviewByU only works if reviews are honest and first-hand. These rules keep it that way.
Write from real experience
Only review events, venues, or experiences you actually attended. First-hand accounts only.
No paid or incentivised reviews
Don't post reviews in exchange for money, discounts, or freebies without clearly disclosing it. Businesses cannot review themselves.
Keep it fair and lawful
No defamation, hate speech, personal attacks, or private information. Criticise the experience, not the person.
One review per visit
You can leave one review per listing. Update it if your view changes rather than posting duplicates.
Businesses respond, they don't erase
Owners can publicly respond to reviews but cannot delete honest negative feedback.
Reviews that break these rules can be reported and removed. We use rate limits and duplicate detection to keep fake reviews out.
